For those who just say wear gloves or go commando you still have to wipe the oil off and wash your hands if you don't wear gloves.

I say save your shop towels.

i mostly have just the hanes 5 pack of white shirts. the problem with cutting them up is you have to put them somewhere. if im wearing it i always have a rag available.

Drain plugs were never a problem on my own cars. The thing I remember on these Mopars is the location of the oil filter. Oil runs all over the frame when unscrewing it.

This oil filter funnel is for Harleys. I'm going to make one out of a gallon jug when I change mine the next time.

Made one out of a half gallon jug many many years ago, works like a charm, not a drop on the K member.
As far as the drain plug goes I never had a problem, I don't get the engine up to full operating temp, just warm and pull the plug, never wore gloves either.
A little oil never hurt anybody.

I cut the sleeves off of old t shirts to use as a " do rag" when im welding or using a face shield when grinding...

I've got so many cloths I'll never wear that rags aren't a problem.
That's what comes from being old, a horder and only needing uniforms for work.
I'll die with piles of all cotton things I've never worn.
I only wear cotton.
Plus by son is always giving me his hand me downs.
He has to dress for success.
Me, not so much.

It comes off and you eat it.
I only cook with stainless pans and used motor oil.
No, I mean olive oil.

I never changed the oil when the car was pistol hot; it's not like an emergency to drain the oil. Have used gloves sometimes. my dad who made it to 94 used to say he washed his hands in turpentine with a grit in his mouth so wasn't impressed with all the safety hoopla. not sure I ever thought it was a good idea; but as I worked in a shop 35 years ago with hands filthy all the time with grease, rust inhibitors, tapping fluid, then cleaning parts with mineral spirits the company didn't have any gloves...gee all of a sudden I feel funny...I got to sign off...
