IN-N-OUT Burger

You disagreed with my CA Mexican food being the best Mexican food. Ha, ha where in Long Island NY do you find true Mexcain food, Taco Bell? I lived up that way not that long ago and tried many places not one of the locations lived up to what I had in southern California. I never found in NY or NJ a person with Mexcain decent able to make food like the ones in California. Please give me a name and location so I can try it when visiting family.
The very best Sonoran 'border style' Mexican is Arizona, Tuscon to Nogales. I live both states,,,southern Az. has the edge. One spot in South Tucson has the VERY Best Chile Verde! Yo, Bart K! When You're in Tucson, try Mi Niditos on south 4 ave.

Sounds like their system is similar to a chain originated here in Chicago called Portillos, it’s not quite fast food but the service is excellent and the store is packed ALL THE TIME, yet they keep up with the orders no problem

No matter how crowded, you get fast service. I'm sure there are exceptions, but communicating with employees there it seems you are likely to encounter English speakers more often than elsewhere. Higher pay brings higher quality employees. Where I live, that manager salary is just above poverty. Quality employees and good food. The experience as a customer makes this obvious.
Cool shirts too.

Back in the day in NY, our late night stop we'd hit either Wetson's or White Castle, either was THE BEST !! (Then again, we were loaded, so it didn't make a difference).

White Castle - have eaten those sliders all my life. Did so growing up in MN and always have them when I go back for visits. I like them but wouldn’t compare them to the best. That was always the deal - go out and get loaded then Load up on a half dozen sliders. They usually slide both ways In n Out so to speak.... lol

I used to hit the one in Riverside when I flew down to March all the time as that was the closest one to me. It's been years now.

Living in South Louisiana, the first In N Out Burger I ever saw was in Las Vegas when we went there in 2010 to renew our vows...
My parents had been to In N Out, and even though I was "getting married" their best, most urgent advice was "Be sure you go to In N Out Burger!!" GREAT FOOD, GREAT PLACE!

When InNOut opened in Reno they would hire Hi-School kids and pay well above Minimum Wage. The Kids needed to have good grades and No Shenanagins on record. Wonder if they still do that. Double Double with grilled onions and a Vanilla shake please, Yes Sir coming right up.

Used to hit the White Castle in Hempstead, grab a dozen and fish for Snappers at the power plant cooling ponds in Long Beach. In the winter. Good times.. Loaded of course.

Probably because it says "in-n-out urge " and it's in the blue room. That's what EVERYbody did to.their bumper stickers in so-cal, that's why you can't get them anymore.

Yeah...pictures of food one of those easy order steak place advertisements on TV shows a beautiful slab of steak no fat on it...then I went there and ordered their steak...didn't look the same as in the commercial...I got one that was friggin 50% rubbery fat. No I wasn't really expecting one like on TV but thought one somewhere close might be a possibility...ah nada!
