This car is in my backyard. Deal breaker for me is factory air and drums, but at the right price I'd buy. What do the experts think?

1970 Dodge Coronet R/T Hardtop

Anyone in the Phoenix area know the car.

"Factory AC" is a deal breaker. I'll pay MORE for a car with VINTAGE AIR and Disc brakes.
I've converted dozens of Factory systems to Sanden compressors, the factory systems allow fresh air, aftermarket only recirculate the air that's in the car.... Why would you choose to not be able to get fresh air?

I understand your point of view and success. I don't want 60 year old evaporators leaking R134 every three weeks. Been there done that, and us Arizonians like "MAX" AC recirculating. I won't miss the fresh air. My experience is not the same as yours and I prefer Vintage Air systems.

Bid jumped $17,800 in 7 minutes and 7 days to go. It will probably hit 50s mid way and stay there until those last few minutes.

This particular car did not come with the H31 rear window defogger, but it is a nice touch. I have thought about adding one to my '70 Charger 500.

How many miles has this car racked up in 14 years?
Only things I've found so far are:

Barrett-Jackson ad for the 2010 auction states:
"It underwent a nut and bolt rotisserie restoration in 2006. Since then it has had only 25 miles put on it and has been kept in a climate controlled environment."

BaT ad states:
"The seller purchased the car in 2014 and has since added approximately 5k of its 89k indicated miles."

Another one for posterity:

I'll be disappointed if the bidding doesn't reach $75k.

I wouldn't let it go for less than $80,500 if it were mine.

*******
I'll show some of my biases...
Vinyl top delete (excellent taste)
Tail stripes delete (excellent taste)
No wing on the trunk deck lid (excellent taste)
I prefer the looks of the hood on this car.
I like this model.
I like green.
I prefer the black interior.
Great wheel choice over the originals.

This car reminds me of a factory A/C, column shift automatic GTX I owned in the 90s, I think that combination was favored by older, affluent owners. Couple who bought mine new were in their 40s when they ordered it, kept it as a pampered garage queen for 22 years. That Coronet looks like it had similar history.
