Is Bigfoot Real

I had one morning hunt that had me a bit concerned. I headed for the woods well before daylight during bow season headed for my stand, of coarse it was pitch dark that morning and I pack light and avoid using any light hoping to not spook any deer. I finally get close to my stand when I start hearing allot of rustling and I mean allot, what makes it so strange is it's no further than 20 yards away and there's no animals around here that feel comfortable being that close so I'm dumbfounded and getting a little concerned. Of coarse my brain starts figuring all of the possibilities and coarse of actions and I decide the best thing to do is continue to my stand (only 5 yds away) and climb it as quickly as possible. I sit in that stand what feels like an eternity waiting for daylight to see what in the hell is still tearing around right off of my stand................... It was a freakin tree. Turns out this one tree was dropping every single leaf that morning, It had a complete carpet of leaves all around it and you wouldn't believe the noise that thing made. Needless to say I felt like an idiot.

Of course! I have been friends with the local Omaha tribe, and the Sioux in the Dakota's. They laughed at me when I questioned the validity of the sightings. Their culture has acknowledged and passed down in oral history the existence of big foot.
Only white people are ignorant of the fact. Live with it, they tell me.

When I was a kid I was at a campground by the Wisconsin dells. Me and some of the other kids at the campground met at the dock after dark to go fishing our plan was to stay up all night. It was probably about 1 am a kid seen what looked like a wolf or bear at the foot of the dock about 50 ft from us eating something. It was very big and then looking at us. It was kinda obscured by the dock entrance but the came out into the light. One kid jumped into a boat and was trying to get it untied he was scared. When we all finally really looked at it, it stood up and it walked off into the woods like a person on its 2 hind legs. We were afraid to leave that dock till daylight. It was probably a bear but it looked like a wolf. One of the kids said it was a Bigfoot. We didn't really do any fishing after seeing that just waited to see who was gonna be brave enough to leave first.

There was another time I was fishing on the Kishwaukee river in a real secluded area late at night with some friends and someone or something started lobbing large rocks into the river out of the darkness. I thought it was some lunatic in the dark on the other side of the river . One must have missed me by 2 feet I didn't see it but heard it hit. We got outta of there and and shined the brights into the field and even waited out in the open hoping to pound on the person responsible went over the bridge on the other side of river but didn't find anyone or tracks or even rocks. Years later I seen a show that said Bigfoots throw rocks.

Maybe someone will start one on UFO's I got a good one about that too ha ha.

.....that was probably a couple of "Briar's" form the outback hills eyeing you guys like in the movie Deliverance.
NOTE: I spent 12 years stationed in Ohio, a Briar is a Hillbilly that left Kentucky to go to work in Detroit with the "Big 3" Automakers only to get lost on the way and settled in Ohio...
(It's a Ohio joke)
