dis agree , not needed ...Tic-toc, tic-toc.......time is fleeting......you will have issues....sooner or later......you will......when you least expect it......

Is anyone keeping score on ignition system component failure ......coils (standard Mopar, Accel, Pertronix, E core), ballast resistor, ECU (Mopar orange box, MSD, Pertronix, GM-HEI conversation)........what fails first, brand, etc......just curious.....Just steeping in here to voice my Accel 1.5 ohm coil bit the dust after 1700 miles. New build.
Been using them for years on points and electronic ignition Mopars. First failure with model 8140.
I guess anything/everything can fail sometime.
