We all have problems doing a build.....if this is for a TV show or his own YT Channel....it might just be the manufactured drama that he became accustomed to on The Garage Squad TV show.

Well if my 440 is idling at 700 at a stop light I would prefer more than 7 psi of oil pressure.

See Joey Z does not tell you if the oil pressure is at idle or full throttle, kinda vague.
Low oil pressure is not everyone's cup of tea.

Most big blocks I have had are about 30 pounds hot at idle.
In a good engine cold?, yes. 50 pound in a hot lapped unit.

Too me it looks like he is looking to drum up some views for his you tube channel. I guess if he wants 80 idle, go for it. He runs cars that may need that, but on a streetable big block?
