Most all that can be summed up as problems in most all the larger populated Coastal &/or Inner-City/Dem. Liberal Progressive Socialism strongholds, D.C., Chicago, Oakland, S.F., L.A., Seattle, Portland, Denver, Honolulu, Miami, Atlanta, Cinn., Clevland, Boston, NYC, New Orleans, some other outer regions & similar densely populated places like that... But the militarization of our police forces & DOHS has really been escalated/grown to biblical proportions, especially in the last 5 years or so... Allot started with the Patriot Act shortly after 9/11... my $0.02 cents
