Damn, what a waste, wait tell they're half rotten or unusable, before you finally do something with any of them, I just don't get the hoarder mentality, OCD type stuff, if you can't use it or do something with it get rid of them to someone who needs & wants them then maybe scrap the stuff that's not sell-able, just greed or ignorance & stupidity IMHO, why not sell or give away a few, not just crush them, even if the scrap prices are high, they could be parted out, for decent money, maybe keep the ones he loves, get rid of the rest... But it should have been started a long time ago now, before the yard became an eyesore & your forced to have to do something, by the city or county... I did see a plethora of 59-60 Impala's & El Camino's, I always liked the 59-60 El Camino's, my old room mate Rob M. when I was 19-20 had a nice one... looks like mostly just a big batch of just iron ore/rust now...LOL...

I'm sorry but to condem this guy for hoarding is just wrong! Most of the cars that you all see in the pics are cars that he saved from the crusher many years ago. He will sell (at least last time I talked to him) but the 59's and 60's are not on the table. Most of the other stuff was up for grabs the last time I was there. I wanted a 75 Monza with a 4 spd/V-8 combo but it was spoken for. He's crushed some less desirable cars before (after parting them out) but it pains him to do it. I could drive out there tomorrow and make him a reasonable offer on anything there(59's and 60's excluded) and I doubt he would have a problem selling it to me.

This man loves cars as much as anyone I've ever known and has saved hundreds from the crusher so please don't judge him from a few pics and a story.
