Laysons?

Hi all

Has anyone had any contact with Laysons over the last few months?

I posted a question and managed to get one reply in their Vendor Forum, back in November, but I haven't been able to get them (Rick) to respond on that forum or to separate private messages since.

I know they used to have a bad reputation for customer service/communication etc a few years ago but I thought they might have got their act together now they appear to be selling on ebay :confused3:

If you see this Rick - please respond as I need to get some of the replacement rear lenses for our 63 Polara 500 that you said you could get...

Hi Robert,

I apologize for the late reply. I am just getting back in my office(at least part-time for now...) after a little re-lapse from a surgery I had back in October. I had to go back to the hospital the Monday before Christmas, Dec 22nd, to have another surgery and am just now getting back up to speed. I'll only be part-time in my office for 4 hours a day for the next few weeks until everything gets healed back up so I can come back full time.

We do have three of the four lenses in stock here in the warehouse and ready to ship....

63P5-LT, Driver side tail light lens, $82.00, in stock
63P5-RT, Pass side tail light lens, $82.00, in stock
63P5-LB, Driver side back up lens, $74.00, NOT IN STOCK
63P5-RB, Pass side back up lens, $74.00, in stock

The 63P5-LB is on a re-supply order with our manufacturer, but has not yet arrived yet.

Could you get me a price for shipping the 3 lenses to the UK please. You previously said you'd use USPS Priority Mail International.

Could you also check with your supplier how soon the other lens may be available. I'd rather not have to pay 2 lots of shipping!
