Good morning, I recently bought a front suspension out of a 68 charger to use some of the parts on my 70 Charger (steering knuckles, etc). I noticed the sway bar tab was located more towards the wheel on the 68s - is that normal? Trying to make sure my 70s are correct and then understand what years the others "fit" if I decide to sell them later OR get another project car :) Do they all fit all the 68-70s with some "adjustment" or do the tabs change the model/years/usage?

The bare LCA is out of my 70 charger and the black with blue paint is out of the 68.

Thanks in advance,
Ross

Thanks - just wanted to be sure as I saw a few in the "for sale/sold" section that made me question that simple logic.

If you view the different year suspensions, you'll notice the "thru-the-k-frame" sway bar and the "outside-the-k-frame" sway bar.

autoxcuda, miss typed his reply to you.
Lower control arms are not the same between the A body line of cars, and the B-E body line of cars.
There is an overall length difference between the A body cars, and B & E body cars.
Yes the B & E body LCA's are marked RW.
The A body LCA's are marked VL.
Your top LCA is sway bar mount equipped for 66-69 B bodies.
Your bottom LCA is for 70-72 B & E body cars, if it's stamped with the RW letters.
Hope all this helps you out.

Yep, found that out a little late a few years ago.
