I ordered up LED units for my 67 wagon. I also ordered a flasher unit for the LED's. Got all of the exterior bulbs in, switched out the flasher, but no functioning there. Then I remembered there was another LED flasher with a separate ground lead on it. Got that today, tried it out, still no flashing. The 232? unit I found, center area of the dash in its own little spring clip holder, appears to be the only flasher unit on the car. I don't have an FSM yet, on the want list, but am stumped so far. Not sure if I need to do the bulbs in the cluster, those are still on their way, to make everything function. Any ideas homies?

There are two flashers - one flasher controls the turn signals and it is ahead of the switch so that regardless of which direction you turn the ligts are still controlled by that single flasher. On my '69 its a rectangular flasher. I suspect the other flasher is for four-ways. Did you swap them both ? I believe they both ground through the shell so if replacing with a plastic case unit they would need a ground lead coming off them.

Ok. I did find a rectangular style unit just under the glovebox. Two spade unit, same style plug. I'll check that rascal out later. For sure need to get that FSM. At least it's available off Amazon as a reprint. $60.00 or so. Thanks dude!

Now this might not apply to you, but I remember when I changed to LED on mine I had to swap the two wires in the harness side connector that plugs into the flasher module with the pigtail. Just switch slots

Think you can download free FSM on one of the sites

It's something I want to get anyway. I like being able to go back and forth between sections for stuff.

I had to do this on my 68 as well.

Also, are all the lights working ? Other than they will not flash for turn signal or hazards

I had same problem with my 70 Coronet. Put the standard bulbs back in my front turn signal/parking lamps. And all work after that.
