I don't really have too many of the interior of anything

"sort of" a few old ones, sorry for the crap quality too

my 23 t Altered, old 80's T/A FC Chassis,
converted to an Altered, so I could also run nostalgia events...

Budnick, the photo of your altered at Sac. Raceway brings back tons of memories as I made a few hundred passes there in the 70's. Pro Gas was a fun time..

Sorry not to get way off track/subject

It was great back then, we had 3 great local tracks,
that all ran the series
It had some real heavy hitters in that class regularly,
at Fremont Raceway, Sacramento Raceway & Sears Point...

good/fun times :thumbsup:

I remember IIRC early 80's
Bob Bunker blown 55, Dave Riolo N20 55, Fatman Jack 46 N20 Ford,
Torkelson's 56 Blown T-Bird, Nicholsons Blown 62 Vett,
all ran into the 7.70-7.90's, when it was done very often in full bodied cars...
Except Pro Stocks maybe...
{they all ran in the SCTA, Gary Meters, Goodguys & Nostalgia event stuff too}

also Dave Sullivan 70 Hemi Cuda' a few I remember in full bodied
door-slammers classes, it was big crowd draw & pleasure to see/race...
They really weren't lightweights like today
It changed the door-slammer & Pro Gas classes for ever...
that was a huge deal back then...

I remember very well when Dave Riolo & Bob Bunker's new 55's
built by Chris Alston, right after he broke away from his brother
"Tom" Alston Engineering & started his own Chassisworks...
Trick lightweight freaky fast cars...

never mind the date stamps they digital photos of Polaroids
I did a couple years back so I could post here

My 49 Ford 1st N20 than Blown alky,
was based on the Chassisworks 55 chassis, that they both had,
minus the F/C Cage back at that time, I added that later, for 7.50 cert.
we had the CACW shop foreman Jim Berg in our org. & for help too,
he had a bad *** little low buck & fast N20 Vega...

Mine & my partner Jim's old cheap *** 8 sec. 67 N20 Camaro too
{brand x stuff :realcrazy:, it was a lot more affordable Mopar stuff was like worth it's weight gold,
not really readily available either, unless it was T/A Hemi stuff, which I ran latter on, in both cars too
}

Al...now much do those Kirkey seat weigh (EACH) ???
Im not sure Mike...it's been 5 years since ive had one of them outta the car. If I recall...they were like less then 10 lbs. but im not sure.

Though mine look stock they are home made. Magnesium frames with packing crate foam cut to match a Hemi Dart Seat that we digitized. 18lbs a piece including the mounts.
