Maybe I didn't make myself clear, after removing the LL my brakes work fine. So I can only assume that the prop valve was not damaged. Don't believe you can install the LL wrong as the input and outputs are clearly labeled. I appreciate the diagrams, starting to believe that the LL is defective.So if you didn't have this problem before installing my GUESS... would be that the prop valve was damaged by the LL being installed incorrectly. There are o rings and springs in the prop vavle, here is the actual cutaway for a 70-76 mopar and a link that might help figure it out.
