looking at a 71 satelite coupe and need help

Car has 318 out of a 84 diplomat and is primered, only needs a brake line and alignment, seat covers, headliner and it runs.

Needs all new pans, so what would it be worth?

I agree with flypaper. I am buying a 72 Road Runner factory 400 running. Needs a lot of metal, but it is complete for $600.
