can anybody tell me anything about this dizzy, found a brand new one on market place for a 100 bucks but can't find out much about them, except they are for the b series engines, looks like a old number and the number has changed since then

Nothing special just a Mallory Unilite. No vacuum advance strictly centrifugal. To me there are better choices. Just google the number.

Not sure if the quality changed but the Unilite's were notorious for the module dying in a years time. We kept several on hand at the speed shop just for that reason. Add on sourcing caps and rotors. If it were me, I'd find a different distributor.

I agree with post #4.
Mallory Unilite were notorious for causing breakdowns for no apparent reason.
Keep your money in your pocket.

They had a 1 year warranty on them. Having a week on either end of that warranty is when they went boobs up.
