I have the crossram intake pictured here. I traded this in a swap meet years ago and really didn't much about it except that I hadn't see one like it. You can see the carb holes are one large hole and not 4 individual. I had heard some open up the 4 holes to 1 large hole. On this intake you can see some casting marks inside the carb opening so I think this one was cast like this. Also, you can see the top surface is quite long at almost 18.5" most seem to be shorter. Does anyone have any information or has anyone seen an intake like this one?

Do you have pix showing other profiles beside overhead view?? It sure looks like there's no way an Edelbrock would work on that without spacers.

IMHO....
Instead of shoe makering an Edlebrock (aka Eddie") carb why not just use Carter 3705s as originally supplied. hat way everything fits and functions as intended or desired. Since you have probably spent thr large dinero on the manifold a few $$$ more the correct carbs would be the "icing on the cake"...so to speak.
If you need a max wedge parts source, consider Jim Kramer at Kramers Automotive Specialties at
Kramerauto.com He markets a lot of MaxWedge parts and repro stuff. Just my opinion of course.
