Max Wedge Oil Pan Repops

I'm considering to purchase a reproduction Max Wedge oil pan from 440 Source for my 426W in my 64 Polara - their part number 200-1154 replacing Chrysler's original part number 2402307. Has anyone used this pan. My questions would be - how is the fit when installed in the original non modified chassis? Secondly, can I install this pan and appropriate pickup without major issues while engine is still in the car. Thanks.
