Bought the car in February, had small engine fire, soot was everywhere. Factory BB car, 361. Haven’t had a Plymouth since 1989-90. Beginning intentions was to get car mechanically reliable, rebuild front & rear suspension. That all changed when the 361, developed a burnt valve, less than 150 miles. From there the car has been a case study, lol. Front suspension done. A 400 engine almost done. Pulled trans out two weekends ago. Like you, the car is put up for winter, logistics is the cause for that. It will pick up... but you're going to have to really Rev it to keep the converter locked up
We run a similar conv behind a 383 w/ a 292 mopar cam, have to shift any where from 64-6700.
Just not enough motor lol
