Medical update on Bladecutter

Happy New Year Jimi, keep fighting pal, my wife had Stage 3B invasive ductal breast cancer after having thyroid cancer and had her thyroid removed in 2003. They took both breasts and 34 lymph nodes and most of her chest wall in 2006. They gave her 5 years to the outside. It was 10 years this month and she's still looking down on the grass instead of up. Savor every day.

Keep fighting brother. Youread too valuable to us to go cold! Our prayers will be with you!

Blade, I haven't been on here in ages but dropped in again a few days ago. Tonight I found this thread and just read all of it. I had no idea what you were up against, but I can see there is an army here that has your back. Count me in too.
I have no doubt you've got the spirit and attitude to knock it out.
I wish you the best success in this "project", and I hope you have an excellent New Year!

Hey K! Happy New Year!
I gotta get some work done on the Bug this year......Hope You can make it out sometime. Blessings

Well......the game has changed, up the ante, some new rules. Got my MRI results today. I have cancer in my spine & other bone areas. Yesterday I completed my 3rd chemo cycle, & as it were, the 4th would have been the final, then later surgery. Chemo will continue, radiation treatments will be forthcoming, Oncologist’s office is setting up the radi referral now. Surgery will be postponed until they can burn the cancered areas of my back/bones. Thank God I'm covered & not on the streets. Bottom line is the 2.5 yrs I spent thinking I was pushing kidney stones, not wanting to generate a 50K ER bill on the dole, then the stones turn out to be the calcification breaking off the tumor as it grew.....well reality is I've had cancer that long or longer.......if I would have gone back then, I'd be better off & I wouldn't be digging into the Tax Payer pocket like I am now. 'Luucceey, this gonna get 'spensive"
That was the week that was.

I'm tickled with the progress here. @ moment I'm wet sanding aluminum collar @ base w 320....run it up to 1000 tonite, then polish it mañana, plus polish the bronze countersunk screw heads.

God bless you man. I think the street alone would kill a lesser person. We're pulling for you.

Jimmi - I had a strong feeling when you kept referring to your back. Let's pray the chemo/rad takes hold. It's hard to keep a good man down. Keep the faith!

The will to keep waking up is the greatest cure. You seem to have that in your pocket. Cheers .
