Streep-le goes on the National Actors-Pat-Myself-on-the-Back event and Blasts Donald Trump for using his power to "demeen" people and call them names . . . now, didn't the Streep-le just use her power and notoriety to bad mouth DT and call him names ? ? ?

Really ? ! ? !

Why is it alright for them to do this, but not everyone else - assuming that DT actually did what he was accused of doing ?

Also, did you see where De-zero ( Deniro ) applauded Streep-le for her comments - duh - I've heard his useless ranting . . . birds of a feather flock together ! !

Wonder why I've lost faith in anything that they have to say about anything - they're clueless
 
Blame the media is really just another excuse. Does the media pounce on something Trump said? Sure,but remember he said it. Keeping ones mouth closed and thinking before talking is always a good idea. Ask me how i know. There are still somewhat responsible journalists out there, find them and ignore the types more looking to put some negative spin on something,as there only trying to make a name for themselves. Streep was wrong. I went to a Streisand concert over the summer as i enjoy her singing. Of course being who she is, she had to get a few shots at Trump. I didn't spend the money i did and it was a lot to listen to her politics. When i aint paying or she's being interviewed i could give a rats *** what she say's. She is entitled to her opinion but when you perform, do just that. Same thing with those awards. Trump gave plenty of ammo to the liberal media to knock him, now he should shut up and prove everybody who doubts him wrong. Lets see if he can pull it off.

If you are so inclined, get ready for more of the same. The Golden Globe awards was just a warm up. I see the Grammy awards will be on Feb 12th. and the Academy awards will be on Feb. 26th. NO, I won't be watching but I'll hear about it anyway because I'm sure the media will cover all the "important" social comments from the "experts".
 
I also jumped to quick conclusions from what I had read others said. Then I went and looked up/listened to what she said in its context and it was very different.

She has some good points.

The media is painting a different picture, so I encourage looking it up and thinking about it.

Trump did what she said. He is soon to be POTUS and should man up and just say that is what he thinks. He is entitled to that and so are we.
 
Every time I see these people they are "pretending" to be someone else! WHY should I believe ANYTHING they say????? They are paid to pretend!

I have never watched any of that crap (globes or awards shows). I didn't even have a TV for years and even now I don't watch much (A few car shows and auctions). So what anyone does or says don't really bother me. My wife had to try to explain who she was to me. Still didn't really sink in. Just another liberal sore looser.

I honestly don't think I've seen a single film she's in.... Movies became irrelevant to me before she came along.
