here's the deal, i found my vin but i think my tag is lost or covered by the undercoat. VIN WP23F77158154
as far as i can tell this is
Coronet Premium (500) 2 door hardtop
but the F should be a motor but the only reference to F i can find is it came out of the Newark, Delaware plant, which makes sense with the undercoat. but there isnt a letter where the plant code should be.
here are some pics. maybe i am looking in the wrong spot. but this it the inside driver side fender well (fender attached to car) looking away from the motor.

THANKS in advance.

your tags gone and yes on 340 in 67 porbaly a 273 car look under your backseat you might find the build sheet .

would it be attached to the floor?

from mymopar.com's vin decoder is saying a 318 from the st louis plant.

Ive never heard of anything being attached to the floor could have been a 318 what year is the car.

Fender tags were always attached to the fender where you showed above. Not uncommom for them to be missing. It's probably in the guy you bought it from's tool box.

it was there. one of the screws was still there with a piece of the tag. guessing the screw was stripped out.
has anybody had any luck getting a replacement tag from these guys?
