I had quite a few of those kits. I remember buying those from the pink lion out of Idaho for 1.49 a kit. That was a nice kit.

never could figure out the maker,there was no markings and it was a 2 piece wheel.

Radir wheels. Like the Batmobile had. Then apaches were used on the Green Hornet.
