This appears to be a street engine. If so and the crank spins nice, bearing clearances are in the correct range, doesn't detonate, and has the desired power. I see builds that are expected to be Super Stock quality. Then set in a garage and get a few thousand street miles a year. To what end? Thats a fair chunk of money that really doesn't get you much. Now if you are looking for the ultimate in performance thats another story. A good machinist knows what will live on the street, and on the track. Sloppy builds with the wrong pieces can cause more issues than machine work that isn't down to the .0001". It's all part of knowing what will live in what situation. No one is doing F1, Pro Stock or Nascar type work to run it on the street. It's all knowing where to draw that line.
