Anybody out there attending this year?
Just recently got my car road worthy and in the final shake down.
Haven't signed up for any events or shows yet as I want to make sure it will make the trip up and back on the interstate. I may be too late.
I would like to participate in the Saturday evening cruise and display it in the grass lot. (Fun Field)
Also would like to meet some of the FBBO folks.
Been to several Nats, but this will be a first with a car.
Any info, tips, advice, is appreciated. Thanks

PS: I understand they are putting some limitations on Golf Carts this year. Whooopeee!

I only wish I was ready. Sounds like next summer. You'll have a lot of company though. There's been a lot of talk on the site about the Nats. I can appreciate your anxiousness as I'm close but no cigar too.

I am going just for the swap meet, car not ready until fall, be ready for next yr, phil from corpus 68 rr

The Nats is a god show, lot's of cars, plenty in the swap meet. But the cruise is dead.

I'm going for the first time in nearly 20 years. These cars are meant to be driven, and I'll be drivin' mine. Participation is crucial to any event.....and I'm back to the car-show/cruise thing.

I will be there all three days hope to meet some of you guys there this year I never miss the nats its a great time

go to the cruise in heath ohio. Within 20 miles of nats. Hell a lot better than brice rd.

I was there last year. Heath is dead too, unless you like four lanes shut down to two, bumper to bumper traffic, with 95% daily drivers cars, and 5% old mopars. The only good thing at heath last year was the show at the Dodge dealer.

I'll be there in the fun field on Sat. I really enjoyed the cruise in Heath but the bumper to bumper traffic did suck, to many modern car guys taking advantage of it but still some cool Mopars.

I think i'm going to woodward this year. Better cruise with 4 lane each way! Yeah bumper to bumper but you see all brands of cars. The cops aren't that much jerks unless you get stupid. But they start shutting things down early.

Heath was good, even better than Brice because the local PD was in on it. They have a '70 Dart they race. Four lanes, even when it went down to two lanes was great. Then the stupidity krept in.........

Going to my first Nats this year. As a spectator, car isn't ready yet.

coming up from Tennessee, my resto mod 68 RoadRunner will not be ready this year. Staying in Gahanna ( a few miles) yes the cruise in heath is about stupid redneck crazy!! my wife hates it, but she will just have to bear it. ate at a sports bar close to where you get on the freeway, it was good food. don't remember the name.

I will be there...hoping to have the car with me. Stance TT.jpg

HDK suspensions would like to invite all FBBO members to stop by their 40x120 tent
and see some of the most famous Mopars of the 70's era as well as some killer HDK
customer cars, many featuring Gen II Hemi swaps. The tent is right outside the front
of the staging lanes on the access road. Check out HDK on Facebook or get more info
at www.moparsuspension.com

I just received my conformation packet for my 71 Dodge Charger. I will have it in the judging lot class 8 row c. the last time I brought my Charger to the Nats was 1989. It just went thru a complete restoration.

We will be going again this year with the Charger. Leaving Thursday and tring to talk the wifey in to driving the charger and bring the truck with trailer behind to shelter from any nasty weather.
