Yes very empty this year. A lot of those cars came late as well. I think that the weather scared a lot of people off. There were 3x as many people last year.

It seems, for all intents & purposes, this show is dead. At least, compared to what it used to be, and what it SHOULD be. I'd been a participant in the early days of the Mopar Atlantic Nationals, but now, it's a ghost of its former self. The place used to be packed, vendors like Mitchell,Jack's,etc, a swap meet of aisles of parts, etc,etc. Both sides of the track fiiled with show cars. Ever since they took it out of June, to substitute the Summernationals, it's gone downhill. Only the infusion of the late model LX cars & the trucks have sustained it. Very sad.

The pictures only show the spectator side bleachers. Everyone watches from the pit side which you don't see. Not that there were tons of people there anyway.

Yes, dponsered by LX Forum. Definitely wouldn't be a show anymore if it weren't for them.

nice pics!! I went there, and was disappointed...I do believe the threat of rain kept some away. My intent was to shop for parts for my Roadrunner, but the pickins were slim, to say the least! I hope they think of a way to make it the MoPar show it USED to be!!

Always have fun at the track. Even losing. The track was surprisingly very well prepped. Even after the 2+ hour rain delay, the track was good.

After the rain,they dried the track and sprayed the whole track before the SUPERCARS went another round.

Ralph from SUPERCARS brought over 25 maybe 30 cars! It is not what it used to be for sure.I have t-shirts going back the the 7th Annual Mopar Atlantic Nationals.Those were the days,pit side PACKED with race cars,spectator side was the swap meet/car corral.
