I'm also 43!! Within the last 30 days I been diagnosed with high blood pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, and a few other odds and ends. Got a stress test scheduled for next week.

Usually i say i love the beginners but with this i just cant. i have both, and COPD, holes in toes, two broken toes doing things i always did and are maybe healed but swelled and red, and over 2 years ago. Also underwent tests because of 210 pd now, from 332 pds year ago.. I am 6-5, now look like a toothpick, doctor said and i quote, Ron your falling apart. don't ya love doctors? we do need them even if we hate what they tell us. fair well! Ron

sorry guys for not updating you came home saturday and just been on the mend . I feel better everyday . Back at work today for a half day .


I'm back in the swing of things but taking baby steps
