IMO.....Just look at the cylinder head/spark plug layout.....the plugs go in at an angle above the exhaust valve outlet centerline. Not under the exhaust manifolds. This is usually an indication of a truck or industrial engine application.....usually lower compression ratios, mild cams but POSSIBLY sodium cooled valves and Stellite valve seats, forged crankshaft.
