Mr Gorsky's '72 Clone Runner.

^^^$50, lol....I wish!!

Well Mopar does make them these days....

Cheers, I had no idea! Can't imagine they'd sell to many at that sorta money....that's Hemi territory.

Just sent James at PST a PM, getting him to add a fast ratio idler & pitman arms to the poly front end kit. Looks like a good thing.

Great car, looking forward to seeing the progress reports.

I do believe you have a complete winner there! ENJOY!!!!!

Can your car remain left hand drive? I was down under back in the 90's and was talking with some locals and they informed me left hand drive cars coming into Australia had to be converted over to right hand drive within 6 months (or something like that). What are the laws now?

^^^Yeah, we all leave them LHD nowadays. I think most state laws allow it if the car is over 25 years old. In the past we used to have to convert them using local Mopar parts. Now we just swap out the headlights so they point the right way and have an inspection for worn brakes, operating indicators, etc.

Overtaking is a little perilous, that's the only drawback of keeping the steering wheel on the left. Solved by hanging back then flooring the loud pedal when the coast is clear :).

I've heard of some rarer US muscle cars being re-exported back home on occasion!

Awesome car. I did have to use my Internets to learn traction bars were called tramp rods in other places, so I learned something today. Tramp rods is more descriptive than traction bars, IMO!

Spent another few days on the car this week. Found another dime inside the bottom of the RH door. This car could pay itself off sooner or later! Installed new front door armrest pads, no other surprises behind the interior trims....rust free. Fitted the new carpets, what a prick of a job. Came out nice though, I took my time and didn't manage to screw it up:

Fitted a new column directional switch http://www.forbbodiesonly.com/mopar...-72-Satellite-steering-column-connector-query, and had a bo-peep under the dash. Got some work to do here, seems I've got the common ammeter wiring issue to sort out:

Front bench not back from the trimmers yet, he's taken a week or two off. No rush though, I've got plenty of other things to do. Here's a quick look underneath. Steer clear of that California mob, Dodgy Bros Exhausts :).

lol, that looks like exactly the same muffler my brother put on my '74 when he had it.

Only had a day on the car this week.

Fitted hood pins (thanks Dales Cuda Shop). Worn hood hinges made life a bit tough.....anyone recommend a vendor who sells new ones??

Once again, scored another bonus whilst working on the car. This very bloody sharp knife found behind the drivers side headlights, open and pointing up!!

Got one rear brake done too, new cylinder and shoes. Slowly, slowly spank the monkey.
