my 63 2 door conversion alterd

Great progress, your giving me dejavu from building ours last Winter. Funny how these cars all rot out in the same places hey. Well, not funny as much as annoying but good work all the same.
 
update

finished steering fab , installed the front bushings , installed a drive shaft loop which will also support seats . now just waiting on rest of front suspension parts then motor and trans goes in for shifter placement so the floor fab can begin :grin:

had to make the drive shaft loop in sections i dont have a torch to bend thick steel yet also had to trim the firewall to fit the steering
 
Looking good,you've come a long way with it since you started.

heres my try at floor panels need to get a body saw or nibbler to fix the rollbar holes but i think they will work

Your fab skills are just nuts. I bet you could make a floorpan outta a tree. Great progress.

Great looking floor.I should've had you make mine.Yours look like they fit better than the ones i bought.
 
got the middle section made and under seat sections cut ran out of time the hand crank beadroller is kinda hard to work with wish i had bought the motorized one but hey i never did this stuff before :icon_mrgreen:

So when does your school open? I want to take a class :yourock:

Looking great as always.I see the way you have your floor cut at the front of the trans tunnel,is there a special shifter going in there to fill that hole?
