You crack me up Bill.......

Maybe I should record this, for obvious reasons...
The Coronet won 2nd in my class
Nice to finally meet you, Bart!I will work on the video I took of Jim being interviewed tomorrow, you can't hear much of what they are saying, but you can see them together and you can also see how some people have no self awareness. My favorite story was that Dennis looked at my car, then looked at me and asked if it was mine. I said yes, and he said "could you please close your hood, it's gonna be in the way of our shots of this beautiful orange 68 Coronet 500" That may not be the exact quote, but something like that. I thought it was funny as hell! Bill told Jim that his car just went up in price by $49,999 because it is a TV car now! ;-)
Nice to finally meet you, Bart!
I like the sheets of information you had available 'crediting the people' who worked on your car. Very thoughtful to give credit where credit is due, and helpful to the hobby. I wish other people in the hobby were as thoughtful and considerate................
Did you tell Dennis that most guys in rusty Pennsylvania get cars from Arizona, but OH NO, a guy from dry Arizona bought a car from rusty Pennsylvania. That’ll convince him that you were up for a challenge. Never know it by the finished product.
One time at Spring Fling in Van Nuys, Rob Wolfe (MCG Editor) asked me “is this your Runner? It was parked next to me and a fresh #1 restoration. Blue. Beautiful car and just taken off the trailer. I said no, this is my Coronet. He said “oh, and walked away.
Yeah, he has to do his thing for his show. I will be the first to say that your car deserved to be singled out, no doubt it is a beautiful car! Congratulations on your and Kaelynn's 2nd place finishes, they were well deserved!!!Yea I saw that aspect in Dennis, he has a mission and nothing else matters.
Maybe we should take a look at the "First Place" cars?
