My Mom is 83 and arthiritis has been hard on her for years. She still gets around some on a walker but has to have someone with her most of the time. I have to do a lot of things for her that I never imagined I would be doing like washing her hair and cutting her fingernails and such. But I find that these turn in to special times and a we have good talks. I now would not trade doing these things for anything. So when life throws you a curve take advantage of it all you can. Will be praying for your Mom and your Family. I too have a wonderful understanding Wife and try to let her know it as often as I can. Hang in there Dave Happy Thanksgiving!

Sorry to read about your mom and the big C! It's not easy for sure! I lost my mom in 96 to it. Just hang in there do all you can for her!
