My new door hinges are coming in but! Help

Am I missing something here?..It looks like on one side there is a plastic washer of some sort that was inside there. They where missing when I got the car and my hinges where broken. The doors sagged so bad you couldn't open them.


I'd really like to start hanging quarters soon and this is my one setback. Been waiting on these damn hinges for 3 months

The hinges use a nut plate that floats in the door jamb.

Makes sense.My broken door hinges are in a box packed deep away so I couldnt look at them. Whats up with the black stuff in mine is it just some sealant I'm guessing
