I am so sorry. I didn't realise you were the one in authority over thread content. I hope you enjoyed the informative video. Or was that not allowed by you either ? Are your rules posted somewhere for members to read, and abide by, buddy ?You can't get all the water you want and complain about it. If that isn't a rag, I don't know what is. Yes sir ! That works ! Catching the condensation from boiling - that is.Cant you just boil the water to distill it?
I drink a gallon of distilled water daily.
I'd like to see a picture of your water plant! 500 gallons/day of R/O ?At our house we have a 500 gallon per day R/O system. Works great never any issues and great water. Installed a 50 gallon per day unit under the sink in our condo for drinking water and ice. Also works great.

very nice system! I don't see a solenoid shutoff valve on the uv in case of system failure, is it tied into the RO unit, or not required for residential!
Everyone should care about the quality of the water they drink. Its a strong measure in maintaining their health. Which is especially important at a time such as this. Not caring is fuel for the fire. My personal consumption rate is not gluttonous. It is what's recommended by leading experts, ie, the article link i posted to rc earlier. Maintaining ones health, along with social distancing are the best things we can do for one another, at this time. Imo.Remember, somewhere there's someone more thirsty than you, and not caring about their quality of water!!! We're all in this together!!!!!
Please!!!!!
I think the fluoride addition is for cavity prevention, and chlorine injection is to combat nasties like Giardia in the water supply.I will say this, not wanting to drink chlorine is ok. I believe our reccomendeded levels are safe. Saying that, the chlorene is for healthy teeth. I grew up insmall towns and on the farm and have a mouthfull of fillings. But, since I moved to town (40 years ago) I have had few cavities. My mother has also lived on the farm for years (and in small towns back in the 60's when there was no chlorination) and she had bad teeth and dentures since she was in her 40's. My wife was born and raised on the farm and she had fluoride treatments from the start and she has exellent teeth. Just an observation.
Yep that's what I meant. I had it right in my last sentence.I think the fluoride addition is for cavity prevention, and chlorine injection is to combat nasties like Giardia in the water supply.
We have Greenies over here protesting the addition of fluoride tio town water supplies...they are all ugly people who smoke dope and have bad teeth...enough said.![]()
