Back when they were new, I thought the 1985 LTD LX would make a fun driver. Under 3400 pounds on the fox chassis, they used the Mustang injected 5.0 engine, and blacked out trim. Handling bits included the Thunderbird's four link coil spring rear suspension, a quick 15:1 steering ratio and fatter front and rear anti-roll bars. Only the LX models that year included bucket seats, console and tachometer.

I could own an Aztek if it was nice and priced cheap just to be a contrarian. I just haven't seen one. I could also go for a Chrysler Crossfire SRT.

The Crossfire is too small for me. My dad had an Aztek, and it was like driving a minivan, but even more boring. Really, I would rather have the minivan.

These little cars were a blast to drive. So were the Probe GTs I had 3 of the Bronco 2. The last 2 had the 2.9L great little rigs good milage and could pull a 2 place snowmobile trailer.
