Need HELP - 71 charger vertical supports behind bumper

Does anyone know if the vertical supports shown here in this image of a 71 dodge charger rear (after bumper removed) --- what are these 2 vertical supports on each side of gas tank filler neck -- and is there an aftermarket sheet metal replacement ? Thanks so much

Those are the valance mounting brackets. 71/2 Charger only. 73/4 Charger and Plymouths are different. Don't think that anyone is making them. I have some 73/4 Charger and Plymouth ones right now but no 71/2 Chargers.
