Need help wiring Firecore50 Ready to Run (RTR) Distributor

The instructions omit wiring. They just inform you how to remove an existing distributor and install the new one.

I have an MP Electronic ignition conversion on my 1969 Coronet R/T 440. I need a wiring diagram that shows how to connect the red, orange, and black wires from the RTR distributor and what to do with the wires that connect to the ballast resistor, ECU, and voltage regulator.

Thanks FBBO.

Nevermind. I finally just used my noggin and uninstalled the MP electronic conversion, bypassed the ballast resistor by jumpering the wires as some of you posted how to do and found instructions for wiring the MSD RTR distributor to see where the red, orange, and black wires go. The car almost never started reliably with the MP electronic system. However, it started on the second crank with the new Firecore50 RTR. It seems to idle smoother, too. I'll post an update tomorrow after I try starting it again.

*****UPDATE*****

For anyone else interested in installing one of these: The distributor comes with a wiring harness with red, orange and black wires; the red and orange are together in a plastic sleeve. The red wire goes on the + side and the orange wire goes on the - side of the coil. The black wire goes to ground. My car has the two post ballast resistor. So, I made a 3" jumper wire with a male spade on each end to connect the two female spade connectors that use to go on the resistor. I use a MSD Blaster 2 coil that is rated at .7 ohms. I'm still playing with the timing but the car starts as soon as the key is turned and starts every time. SWEET! The firewall looks a lot cleaner, too.

P.S. I called the nice folks at Customwiresets (retail outlet for Firecore50 products) and told them about the problem with the instructions. They guy I spoke to said he new Oldsmobile and would inform the Mopar guy of the issue. I also suggested they add videos to their YouTube channel regarding their distributor products. He said he didn't even know they had a channel on YouTube.

Hope this helps someone.
