As im driving my 63 dodge stutters when i try to accelerate. And when i finally park theres water leakin from somewhere under the header anything helps

header bolt or freeze plug would be best guess 4 leak.need more info to guess on stutter.eng or car?what size motor?does it happen all the time?more or less in any situation?

Hmmm,
Shuddering could mean a cylinder is not firing...
Water means...head gasket?
Any white smoke coming out the exhaust?

If the studs were removed when the headers were installed, some of the holes are not blind holes. They go into
the water jackets. If it has header bolts they can leak. I'd check there first.

Good luck!

Shudder could be tail shaft universal joint and as said water from header bolts, head gasket or freeze plug.

Check the oil, and look for any white foamy appearance. That would be water in the oil...and bad head gasket.

Found the problem it is a freeze plug with a very small leak what is a recomended cheap fix considering i dont have the tools to pull the motor and am on a low budget

For a TEMPERORY fix you could use the expanding rubber replacements. These are also known to be able to be blown out while driving, so there is that risk. I have learned(hard way) that the steel freeze plus can give the least problems, however they need a straight shot for trouble free installs. It depends on which freeze plugs is leaking. Also if one is leaking, then the others will soon follow. Unless you have to pay someone to work on the car, then it costs very little money to remove and replace all the freeze plugs. Some can be in the backside of the engine where the transmission goes. It is a weekend type job, assuming decent weather.

For a temp fix you could use JB weld to plug the hole.

For the stumbling, check the easy and obvious. Plugs, plug wires, distributor rotor, fuel filter. Does the stuttering go away at any point? A stumble off idle could be a bad accelerator pump in the carb.

Well it's not so bad just pull your headers and you have a clean shot to most of them , no expensive tools needed this way and if and when the ones in the rear go then just drop the trans agen easy job no huge expensive tools needed . If you need a pic or anything showing the side of the block let me know I have a small block out on a stand right now ,good luck .
