Need more air

I have a 71 Satellite Sebring Plus. I've completely built the 383, as well as the rest of the car, including a high rise intake. The problem is that I don't have enough hood clearance to run a proper air cleaner, but the Holley sitting on top really needs some kick *** airflow anyway. I'm either looking at getting another hood or coming up with some sort of cold air type setup, even if it means a little fabrication. So, I'd like your opinions. Also, if I don't know where I could find another hood for this car and I thought maybe you guys could help with that.

I have seen where a setup for a throttle body fuel injection has been used with the air filter under the battery off a ram pick up....

Even the big low profile air filters won't fit?

Thanks guys, I found the ultra low profile spectre that I think will work. Should barely fit, but is a lot cheaper than a new hood and air intake.
