Hi to all the good people on this great Mopar board! A couple weeks ago I posted pics & blurb about the tranny exploding during my test drive in my Road Runner. It really had me down & ready to sell off all my old car stuff...well life has a weird way of showing you what is really important!

Case & Point:

this monday i had to rush my wife to the E.R. because of a possible brain Anyerism! She has had multiple C.T. scans, Ang-O-grams & MRI. They know she had something burst at her brain stem but they can not find where it happened or what caused it. She is only 38, in really good health, doesn't smoke, rarely has a drink & a mother of our two girls. In other words not the usual type of person to have a bleed out but when they do it is one of the most fatal groups!

My point is this; enjoy the ones you love because tomorrow is not for sure! Broken car parts & bad deals are small problems when you take a step back & get some perspective.

We could use some good vibes here in Nebraska to get my little wife out of the I.C.U. & back out cruise'n.

Thank you in advance,
Louis

You certainly have our prayers buddy you and your wife. keep the faith things will get better soon! Keep us updated.
God bless.. Susan - Ron...

Louis,

Sorry to hear of your wifes serious condition. My wife and I will pray for her and your family. My wife was diagnosed with brain tumors back in 1997 . Had two removed on seperate occasions that year. In 2002 she had a recurrance . and had another removed. After that a lot of Chemo ond Radiation. My point is this, It has now been 9 years since the last episode.Keep your head up, things can change for the better faster than we think. Sending good vibes

Mitch and Sue

Wishing you well....

You make a very good point about perspective.... I'm sending positive vibes to Nebraska and hoping all turns out well.

Louis ,our prayers and thoughts are with you and wife and family.
God Bless
Paul

MAY the lord above watch over your wife and family. she is in our prayers. hoping for a speedy recovery.

I'm very sorry to hear this news and will include your wife in my prayers.

Prayers coming your way.

I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't been there...The Vascular Neurosurgeon came in & checked Jen out & said she has made such great progress that shes getting moved from Urgent Critical Care to the Neuro special care floor!!! This is amazingly great news and I'd like to extend a heart-felt thank you to all!
We still have to watch her closely for another 5 days because this is the most crucial time because of teh risk of another rupture or a stroke. They have not been able to find where the original rupture was so there is no way of knowing if the spot is still weak...but we are smiling & take this as "not bad news".
again, you all have helped us alot & we thank you!
Louis & Jen

Glad to hear you got some good news ..... prayers go out to you and your family ..

You are absolutely right about the perspective thing. I wish your wife all the best and a speedy recovery. And I will say a prayer for you and your kids. This kind of thing can change your outlook on life forever.

Hope your wife makes a full recovery! Take care of her first the car will wait. I know my little woman (with a big mouth lol) has a lot of medical issues but i wouldn't trade her for the world. My cars have been sitting in the garage for years but someday i will get to them.
