Long time MOPAR lover.
Purchased my first 318 Auto F8 green on green 69 Charger in 1978. I was 15 yrs old. The guy wanted $500 but it would not start. All I had was $150. Well that was my lucky day, the guy was desperate and needed to pay the rent so he took the $150. I think my buddy and I just gave it a jump start and I followed him home with it. I drove it all through high school and finally sold it after botching a rear wheel bearing replacement (Not sure what went wrong but it never sounded wright with the new bearings). Looking back the car was in great shape, the only issue was the rear quarters were rusted out and I did not have the ability to fix them. Sure wish I was smart enough to hang onto it.
My latest charger is a 67 383 4 speed with plenty of options. Hoping to get some pointers from the members on this site on the various tasks that this car will need.
