My buddy yrs back had a '73 Charger...got it new if that tells you a/thing how old I am His dad bought it for him, and bought one for his brother as well. Ugh...can you say "spoiled"? lol

Take car of it... I got mine when is was 15 years old and it has been a great car. Not sure about the question about the push rods... they dont let oil through them, so are you just wanting to clean the out side? if that is the case just do what other posters said to do.

But guys to be honest im thinking about selling it right now cause I need a car to drive to school and work and this thing just doesnt want to be put back together and its really annoying me at the moment, 2 days before I need it running and I can't finish any of it the motor won't hook up with the bell housing and now I have learned I have a rusted gas tank so im about done with it >.>
