Hell-o everybody, I am so glad I was referred to this site by a friend of mine. My wife and I were heavy into the mopar scene back in the 70's and early 80's with our #'s matching '69 super bee post car and our #'s matching '70 roadrunner h.t.Both 383's w/4 speed, but like so many others the families started and we sold both cars [ 'cause we will get another one soon] yeah right that was 1983 and we finally got back in two years when a good friend of ours helped us purchase a #'s matching 1969 Roadrunner,383/4 speed. It needs a total resto, but it's my pride and joy, just seeing it parked in the shop makes me feel like I have come full circle. We also just purchased a 1968 corvette and a 1971 Elcamino, so we are back and damn happy.I look forward to swappin tech advice and just plain B.S. with everyone here...musclecarmania

Welcome from wisconsinite to another. Glad to see you're back in the ring.
Love to see some pic's and keep us updated on your resto.

Welcome. Post some pictures up,I'm sure we all would like to see it.

Welcome to the board.

I have family in Ft. Atkinson off Hwy D and others in Milwaukee.

Love the small world.

Randy

wow,it is a small world. Are they north or south of Hy. 106?

South of 106 a few miles past Hebron my uncle and his family lives there. Now we are drilling deep, if you are close that is really scary.

For the non-Wisconsinites, the area we are talking about is "lightly" inhabited so the chance of a connection via the web is almost statistically impossible.

Picture farmlands where you may have a neighbor every few miles.

Randy

wisco.

I live about 6 miles East of Hebron on Hy. 106,so your family lives toward Whitewater. I know a few people out in that area. About a year ago a friend of mine lost a '63 corvette roadster and a rare '67 Chevelle in a fire.

Geez, all these Wisconsin folks. Time to crack open a few and throw some Beer Brat's on the grill. Or another favorite this time of
year, get together, bitch about the weather and talk about how many snowmobiles went through the ice over the weekend.

Yep sick of winter. How about the 2 trucks going through the ice on winnebago?17" of ice and still went through.

Isn't that just nuts? What is that like 3 people already dead from falling through the ice on Lake Winnebago this year?

I'm surprised that no one (including myself, but I considered it) asked what kind of new pistons "WISCO" had to offer:grin:

Knowing WISCO the new pistons would be...

Dished (to hold beer)
Cryogenically treated (we put them outside for 10 minutes)
Shot-peened (we miss those Grouse with the 7-1/2 shot from time to time)
and
Aged...just like our CHEESE!

I'm from Detroit and would gladly sell my allegiance to the Packers for Roadrunner parts! I'll send you a picture of me in front of Ford Field with a cheesehead, and write "Lions Suck" in the dirt of my tailgate. Since I only wash it for weddings and funerals, it could be there for a while! ahhh, ya got me! we ALL have "Lions Suck" on our tailgates anyways! HaHa
