Just finished my dash upgrade...went for the mint green and red super bright lights...looks pretty good...only messed up a couple of things but I am putting them right in a day or so...my husband told me if he heard another word about that dash he would strangle me or divorce me...he'll calm down...I have to admit I have been too obsessive about this project...Marla...

Well to tell you the truth when I was a kid and my brothers would tell me to go play with my dolls I'd stomp my foot and say " NO...I want to help "...they were and are car nuts and they taught me to do a lot of mechanical...wiring...etc...in this photo I was 17 and working on my very first car...a 1953 Bel Air...Marla

Looks great Marla!!!! My 4 year old daughter loves wrenching, I often see my tools spread out around her bicycle (she managed to get her training wheels off herself!! lol) Great to see females wrenching!!
