Working on a70 RR for the past 5 years.Seems like it never ends.Labor of love.Trying to determind what to put in the rearend?Have a sure grip,3:23,but would like to go up to 3:91.But its a 741 case,and the pinion wont work in it.Any ideas out there?

I have a set of 3.91 in my 741 casing
 
Was a 63k original miles but was extremely rough exterior almost mint interior, not much rust at all for sitting under a tree for 10 years, just alot of dents & a big crease down the drivers side. 68 RR HT 383/479ci stroker, 727 auto, 8.750 rear, many bot-on stuff & lots to still be installed, long way to go still in body, fab & parts assembly before repaint stages.

This is about 9 months into it. I hope to have it done by July.
Numbers matching 383 4spd car.

C11 & C12 bolt locations

Can anybody help with the correct location of these bolts? Am trying to install on a ex bracket car and have 8-c11 and 2-c12 but dont know where they go.

i'm very close now, just need a good dry sump setup and 2 new sv1 prosystem carbs.
 
Ouch! That hurts to see those tie-downs putting all that force on the 383's exhaust manifold.

gtxtimeTo return a 1967 gtx to its former self is what i have started-or am trying to clean the systems that have corroded--what a task--any help comments or thought will be accepted-as there is victory in numbers-will post pic as i become more computer savy
