New Owner - 1966 Charger

Glad I found this forum.
I am sure going to be spending a lot of time here.
I have just received a 1966 Charger from my brother.
Car started life as a 383 auto in CT.
That original owner did a restoration sometime in the early 80's dropping a rebuilt (I believe 1968) 440 and new auto transmission into it.
When the original owner passed my brother received the car and drove it to AZ where it has lived since mid 1990.
It was parked in 1999 and has not run since so I have my work cut out for me.
Car is now back east in my barn in VT.
Thank you all in advance for any help and putting up with my questions.
