I’m hoping, without spending more money on a steel building or stick build they were closest ones around here. And to even get anyone to come out has really been hard.
So 3 more trusses to install moving little slow due to weather but its moving. Garage doors probably to big but its done now should have made the 2 little shorter.
You guys who live in warm southern climates sure seem to get the easier builds on your shops...Pole barns are much cheaper to put up then ones with full deep foundations and having to worry about excessive snow loads on the roof...But then I'd have to live where it's hot...and I don't do hot.
Yes but my problem is i have California/ Lake Tahoe prices not cheap. I’ve compared to east coast and Midwest I’m paying double and you are correct with snow loads and piers. But I’m sure getting bent over every time i turn around, and everyone one from California including myself are coming here so prices keep going up. Concrete went up from first quote 36k to 80k they said they didn’t charge enough. Go figure BS
