Newer Tires

Looking for a not too expensive but decent set of tires for our 04 Stratus R/T.
I want a sporty look which I guess is most important if you know what I mean. Not the big buldgy but flat sidewall similar to what is on it now.
Goodyear Eagle GTs.
Looking around I found these GT Radial tires. Quite inexpensive but look great I thought. I read the reviews and other than tread wear they all say they are a good tire for the price. All except the 2 idiots that hate them because they say this "summer tire" sucked in the snow. Ugh!
I wouldn't expect a 50,000 mile tire for the price but they seem OK. Reviews you can't always believe because many time folks who hate them will write a review where a person who is simply satisfied will not. Or nothing to stop the manufacturer from writing a glowing report either.
Anyway, anyone had any experiences with these tires?

I don't have any experience with that particular tire, but I can guess that they would be horrible in the snow and might not be too good in the rain. To me, the tires are the most important safety equipment on the car. I am willing to spend a little more money for a better tire on any car that my family is going to be traveling in. It's money well spent. Considering where you live, I would be leaning towards the Michelin or Pirelli all season tires that Discount Tire sells for about $150 a tire. I never advise anyone to go cheap on tires. JMHO.

The car will never be driven in the winter so summer tires would be fine.
That is not the issue, as described just wondering if anyone had experience with that brand.
