Anyone have Super Bowl 50 predictions? I know Peyton Manning is the sentimental favorite, at least he is in Tennessee, but I'm not betting on him and the Broncos to pull off the upset.

I don't really care for/like either QB, not into the all about me attitude of both QB's

I think Denver's Defense, notably Miller & Ware
IF they play like they did against the NE Pats
it could help decide the game outcome
Albeit Carolina has a far better run game, than NE had at seasons end...

albeit sCam Newton is a damn sight more mobile &
he's a damn sight faster than Brady, he's allot bigger/stronger than Brady,
he's allot harder to bring down than Brady is too

the only way Denver can beat Carolina is to contain sCam
& make him a pocket QB, not let him control the game on foot,
RB Jonathon Stewart {former Duck}, could play a crucial role in blitz awareness, pass protection &
in the running game too, even if they contain sCam, they need to still contain Stewart...

Carolina has a damn good defense too,
will Manning be pressured constantly ?,
IF he is ? they're doomed,
because he doesn't do well or move well under allot of blitz pressure IMO

Who knows what Manning will show up,
will it be the oh ****/confused Manning form last SB appearance ?
or will it be a fast strike attack of ol'Manning days in INDY ?
IF it's the latter, Denver has a better chance...

I personally think the fairytale/go out on top story will end badly for Manning,
unless maybe IF the NFL & the Ref's are in the bag & the fix is on,
for Manning to go out on top, which makes for a feel good story...

Yes, the kitties have been tough this season.

I was speaking to a peer in our Atlanta office today (she is a huge Falcon fan, remember the only team that beat Carolina this year?). When it comes to sports, this lady is one of those people that studies the details to a level that would make most men weep. According to her (I didn't see the game or any Panthers game this season), the key to beating Cam is to keep heavy pressure on him. That's what Atlanta did. Maybe this is old news.

Because of his cocky youth it will make him "fold like a lawn chair" she says.

If there was ever a defense that could put heavy pressure on this punk (albeit one hell of an athlete), it's the Broncos defense.

Can't wait to see Miller and Ware shove his dick in the dirt.

The punkass Cam Newton is going to eat some crow early on, when the Denver D smacks him down a couple of notches. Manning is motivated, this will be his last game, and wants to retire as a champion. And the Broncos are going to make sure that happens...

I was just poking a little fun at YY1s prediction above mine. I'm a huge Denver fan and obviously want them to win but I don't really expect them to put up 33 points. Hopefully their D can hold Carolina to a low score. If it turns into a shootout I'm not sure Denver can win that type of game this year. I think Denver is good for about 24 points as well. Carolina - the less the better.....

I hope it's a close low scoring slug fest like the last several Bronco games.
Defense wins championships.
As tight as the Broncs are this year I think the number 1 defense in the NFL will do whatever they can to insure the Old Man goes out on a high note.

It will be fun.
