That was a rough break - the Eagles are definitely a better team with him than Foles. But then again the Vikings are playing with a back up qb too. Plus we lost our star running back after just 4 games. You have to play with the hand you’re dealt. We’ve been screwed for years on qb issues.

he just signed a 4 year extension too, back in Feb.

I read a few stories about Jon Gruden,
he said in one of them if he went back to coaching
there was only 2 teams he'd like to coach again,
1 of them was the Oakland Raiders, soon to be Las Vegas Raiders...

It was a while back, I can't remember where I read it either...

I don't think it will happen, but I'm wrong so often
that I may be right...

for 5% & $5,000,000+ {?} a year salary, he should...
He seems like he misses coaching...

Gruden has The panache but does he still have the stuff after 10 years away from the sidelines? I like the guy myself after his stint on ESPN - didn’t like him before. DelRio got screwed and I’m no fan of the raiders. But I’m a DelRio fan. Davis is an idiot like Al was - only worse.

Just saying his record didn’t dictate a firing. Raiders had some injuries and not a bad record for when Del Rio was there. I’m no raider fan so I don’t really care what they do...

The Raiders can have McCarthy and his staff. I'd like to see a whole new coaching staff and a new GM in GB for 2018 before 12's career is totally wasted with only one SB. It's high time for a big change.

Well you got what you wished for. I knew we’d see you back here when I saw the news early this morning. I hope he does well. Like I said I really liked him as an ESPN commentator. He was very good. Can’t root for him too much because my second favorite team is the Broncos. I know you must hate them. But as always my first priority is the Vikings. Yes you’re right - Skol!!
