NFL Is Here!!! Let The Smack Commence!

I'm back and with a vengeance. I hate Dallas a long time ago since Terry Bradshaw and the Steelers beat them and Roger Staubach a long time ago in SB 7 or 8 I think. And now they beat my SEAHAWKS here at home too. I'm really upset now and our resolve here now is to be humble and bring the Fury to every team we take on from here on out. I'm back in country and the win streak is about to begin again. LET'S GO SEAHAWKS!!!
Yep, the Hawks haven't really looked good for a couple of weeks now. Their win against the Redskins wasn't very impressive and they looked flat against the Cowboys. You gotta admit, the Boys are on a roll right now after looking really bad at the end of last season. Last year they couldn't do anything right and now it seems they can't do anything wrong. It's amazing how much difference a little momentum can play in the NFL. Pete needs to whip the Hawks back into shape for a couple of road games coming up against teams they should beat.

I'll bet Vegas has a hit squad after Talib since he pulled the pic-6 at the end. They should have called the saftey that was actually a safety. The Broncs had 2 wins yesterday, 1 over the Jets, the other over the refs.

Vegas had a good day overall though with Hawks getting beat and San Diego not covering the spread.

Who the hell woke your Raiders up Bud? Did you go over there and have a talk with them? They lost but still gave a damn strong team a run for their money.

Anybody else see that comeback yesterday?

Yeah Baby!

Pack is looking good!......BUT still hate don capers' "D" schemes:no: ......the 0 is putting it together!

the D looks better 'cause the talent is there! & they seem to be deep.

must remember special teams, and they look good.:eusa_shifty:

Go Pack!

If I did, I'd have waived a bunch of overpaid/underperformers,
half of that {Allen} staff & GM McKenssie too...LOL

It's amazing what a philosophy change does for a teams performance & moral...
Still a done deal for this year, but building hopefully on something at-least now...
Play the spoilers now, still a really tough schedule left too...

Nice to see my 49'ers took care of business last night against the Rams. Can't wait for them to come to Seattle to play the Sadhawks.

Every Packers fan should really sit back and realize how lucky we are to have Aaron Rodgers. I think most people who've watched them over the years would agree that he's better than Favre was.

TJ Lang was probably the MVP of that game, though. He saved that last drive with the fumble recovery.

I kinda feel that way about Clay Matthews too. They are lucky to have him.

Yes - Clay is quite a play maker. His only issue is staying healthy. He's had more than his share of lost time due to injury.

staying healthy is not his only issue, BEL...lol

long hair and all, I would have him on the Bears in a heartbeat. Him and Jarrod Allen. ma-done, what a pair they would be! :icon_super:

We're happy to have Peppers this year, Mar. He's been a welcome addition. I haven't followed the Bears close enough to know, but how is Allen doing this year?

Clay has a pretty good beard going right now. It makes him look more rugged - even with his mane.

Sonny thinks (& I coached a bit) the "D" they (the Packers) run is HARD on linebackers!, Capers expects them to do too much!..
I could go on but I will not drag this out.

I hope for the Pack's sake, Peppers doesnt do his mid-year shut down and disappear like he did with the Bears...Allen missed a game (IIRC the Carolina game) but other than that, he's been doing pretty well. We could use ANY help right now on D. lol

I know the Jets lost last night, but they sure gave the Pat's a run for the money!!!!

Not a Jets (or Pats) fan, but that was a pretty entertaining game. Too bad the Jets didn't get a little closer for the field goal try at the end.

Jets got hosed by refs on final play

I know the Jets lost last night, but they sure gave the Pat's a run for the money!!!!

Pats had it tough...
But they got a little help from a ref too, on that blocked FG, the ref telling a linebacker to move "off the center"
{before the snap} on the Jets attempted long Field Goal for a win, which would have been a penalty against the Pats, that would have gave the Jets another untimed try at the long FG...

:iamwithstupid: Not a big Jets or let alone a Pats fan at all !!
{more like hate the Pats & especially Brady/Belicheck...LOL},
but the appropriate penalty would have got them closer
& an untimed down to attempt another FG... still would have to make it

I was just reading about that on Yahoo Sports...
sorry no link
